The Government has announced that buying, selling, and letting activities can continue during the latest lockdown in England. We have reviewed our policies and procedures in line with the latest guidance and the safety of our customer and employees remains our top priority.

Looking for a new home?

We’re available via phone, email or video call to talk you through our new homes and answer any questions you may have. Where we have properties to view, we can show you around following government guidance, or if you prefer you can look around from the comfort of your own home with a video tour.

Reservations can be made over the phone and email, so you can still make your home ownership dreams a reality in 2021.

Already reserved a new home?

We want to get you into your new home as soon as possible and legal completions can go ahead following social distancing guidance. Our Sales Executives will be in touch with you directly to confirm your next steps as soon as possible. During the lockdown there may be disruption to parts of the build process that isn’t in our control. We’re working with developers, contractors and suppliers to minimise this and will keep you up to date on the progress of your home.

Are sales offices still open?

Our sales offices and head office are currently closed to keep all of our customers and colleagues as safe as possible. Our Sales Executives remain on hand to assist you with your enquiries and purchases via our website or by telephone and are offering door opening viewings where available.

Have construction sites opened?

Construction sites, removal firms and estate agents can continue working, so everything should progress as usual, where social distancing measures can be adhered to.

Will my new home be delayed?

We will continue to keep you as up to date as possible with information on when your new home is expected to be ready to move into, there is a possibility of some alterations to dates and we will speak to you as soon as we hear of any changes.

What do I do about my mortgage offer?

Mortgage lenders are updating their advice daily, we recommend you speak with your mortgage broker or lender directly at your earliest opportunity to understand your individual circumstances.
