The Government announced new guidance around moving home during the COVID-19 outbreak on 12 May 2020. This is excellent news for so many people who are eagerly awaiting the keys to their new home during this difficult time.
We want to let you know that the safety of our customers and staff remains our number one priority. We’re now reviewing our policies and procedures in line with the Government’s latest advice to ensure the highest levels of health and safety are adhered to with everyone’s best interests at heart.

Searching for your new home?
Many of our homes are sold off plan, this means we don’t have many physical properties for you to view at the moment. This is normal with new build homes and your purchasing journey can process as usual with a telephone appointment with one of our Sales Officers, during which we will share and talk you through information about your new home.
Where possible we will have video tours available and this is a great opportunity to get a feel for the property without the need to leave home.
We’re implementing new procedures to ensure your safety which remains our priority and our Sales Officers will provide more details before arranging your viewing.
Please be assured we’ll be in touch with you directly as quickly as possible to give an update on the progress of your new property and what the next steps are. We understand it’s been a difficult time for everyone, and we want to get you into your new home as soon as possible.

Are sales offices still open?
Our sales offices and head office are currently closed to keep all of our customers and colleagues as safe as possible. Our Sales Officers remain on hand to assist you with your enquiries and purchases via our website or by telephone.
Many of the developers and contractors we work with have decided to start back on sites where social distancing measures can be adhered to.
We will continue to keep you as up to date as possible with information on when your new home is expected to be ready to move into, there is a possibility of some alterations to dates and we will speak to you as soon as we hear of any changes.
Mortgage lenders are updating their advice daily, we recommend you speak with your mortgage broker or lender directly at your earliest opportunity to understand your individual circumstances.
