The safety of our customers and staff remains our number one priority. We’re regularly reviewing our policies and procedures in line with the Government’s latest advice to ensure the highest levels of health and safety are adhered to with everyone’s best interests at heart.

Whether you’ve reserved a new home with us, or are hoping to in the future, we are working hard to support you in every way we can.

Searching for your new home?

Many of our homes are sold off plan, this means we don’t have many physical properties for you to view at the moment. This is normal with new build homes and your purchasing journey can process as usual with a telephone or video appointment with one of our Sales Executives, during which we will share and talk you through information about your new home, and answer any questions you may have.

Where possible we will have video tours available and this is a great opportunity to get a feel for the property without the need to leave home.

We’ve implemented new viewing procedures to ensure your safety and our Sales Officers will provide more details before arranging your viewing.

Reservations can also be made over the phone and email, so you can still make your home ownership dreams a reality.

Please be assured we’ll be in touch with you regularly to give an update on the progress of your new property and what the next steps are. We understand it’s been a difficult time for everyone, and we want to get you into your new home as soon as possible.

We’ve reviewed our health and safety procedures to ensure legal completions can go ahead following social distancing guidance. Our Sales Executives will be in touch with you to share this information and confirm next steps as soon as possible.

Coronavirus FAQ’s

Are sales offices still open?

Our sales offices and head office are currently closed to keep all of our customers and colleagues as safe as possible. Our Sales Executives remain on hand to assist you with your enquiries and purchases via our website or by telephone.

Have construction sites opened?

Construction sites, removal firms and estate agents can continue working, so everything should progress as usual, where social distancing measures can be adhered to.

Will my new home be delayed?

We will continue to keep you as up to date as possible with information on when your new home is expected to be ready to move into, there is a possibility of some alterations to dates and we will speak to you as soon as we hear of any changes.

What do I do about my mortgage offer?

Mortgage lenders are updating their advice daily, we recommend you speak with your mortgage broker or lender directly at your earliest opportunity to understand your individual circumstances.
