Searching for your new home?
Many of our new homes are still in the process of being built and are available to reserve off plan. Our Shared Ownership team can talk you through the floorplans, site plans and prices for the development you are interested in.

We want to keep all of our customers and colleagues as safe as possible, so we have made the decision to close our Marketing Suites until further notice.

Are sales offices still open?

As the risk of spreading the coronavirus grows, we want to keep all of our customers and colleagues as safe as possible. We are following the government instruction to delay the spread of the virus, minimise risk to you and to make sure the NHS can cope with demand during this time. Therefore, we have closed our sales offices and head office and will only be carrying out critical care services. Our sales officers remain on hand to assist you with your enquiries and purchases via our website or by telephone.

Have construction sites closed?

Many of the developers and contractors we work with have decided to suspend work on site in the interests on health and safety.

What is the impact on the build of my new home?

We anticipate decisions to suspend work on most sites will have an impact on the delivery of your new home and the date when you can move in. However, we hope you understand that our priority has to be the safety of our employees, contractors and our customers. We will do our best to keep you updated throughout and answer any questions you may have.

What do I do about my mortgage offer?

Lenders are updating their advice daily, we recommend you speak with your mortgage broker or lender directly at your earliest opportunity to understand how this may impact your individual circumstances.

Will this affect when I move in to my new home?

The pandemic crisis is likely to have an impact on when you are able to move into your new home, our Sales team will be in touch with you directly to discuss your personal situation.

Can I still view new homes?

For the safety of you, your family and our colleagues we are no longer carrying out property visits. If you have a non-emergency visit booked we will be contacting you to cancel this until further notice.
