To reserve this property, you will be required to pay a £135 Holding Deposit which we will retain whilst you undergo the referencing and credit check process with Experian Background Checking. Once you have satisfied our checks, we will be able to confirm the offer of the property. You must decide whether you wish to have the holding deposit refunded to you – in which case you must then pay the pro rata rent and deposit the day before you move in, or just ask us to retain the holding deposit and we’ll deduct that from the pro rata first month’s rent that you’ll be required to pay the day before you move in, along with the tenancy deposit which will be registered with the DPS.
